YAY!! You're engaged!!! If you think we would be a good match, the first step is to fill out my contact form. I will send you my RBP Wedding Pricing Guide with all the details you need to know about pricing and options. I love chatting with potential/future brides, so if you want to set that up before making any decisions, let's do it!!! I'll then send you a custom online booking proposal where you can review your package, sign your contract, and pay your retainer to make everything officially official!! :)
Now the REAL fun begins!! I will send you my RBP Engagement Session Style Guide with tips and tricks for choosing outfits, colors, locations... all the things! Engagement sessions can be taken whatever time of year you are wanting. Just know that most save the dates are sent out around the 6 month mark. Engagement sessions are my favorite way to get to know you two as a couple. I know being in front of the camera can be intimidating... So another purpose of this session is to get you two comfortable in front of the camera so that come the big day - you guys will be PROS!! Your only job this whole day is to love each other and have fun - I will take care of the rest!
Where my Southern Brides at?!?! Bridal sessions are an add-on option that you don't want to skip out on! They are the best opportunity to have a trial run of your wedding day hair and makeup. Bridals are generally taken 1-2 months before the wedding, after all alterations are complete. You will also get a large print of your choice to display at your reception! (And let's be honest.. mom and dad are most likely going to frame it on their wall after!)
I love creating custom timelines for my couples so that you guys don't miss out on your dream wedding photos!! Once we are 2 months out from your big day, I will send out a wedding day questionnaire. This is where you will answer ALL the questions about details of your day from start to finish. Once your questionnaire is completed, I will create a photography-friendly timeline to send for your approval. We will go back and forth until everything is PERFECT!
Pop the confetti - YOU'RE GETTING A HUSBAND TODAY!!! The day is finally here and now it's time to relax, have fun, and celebrate with your loved ones! I believe in telling the full story of my couples' wedding day, so I never shoot less than 8 hours. I will show up and get to work, beginning with bridal details. My priority is to capture all the traditional shots every bride needs as well as the sweet in-between moments in a unique way. I am slightly obsessed with getting a LOT of dreamy bride and groom portraits for you guys, so get ready!!! Within 48 hours of your wedding, I will send you sneaks so that you can relive your most perfect day!
After your wedding is over, you will receive all edited digital images on a download link with printing rights! (And I'm talking hundreds and HUNDREDS of them!!) The night I deliver your gallery, I always like to say grab your hubby and a glass of wine; together, you two can relive the BEST night of your lives!! After you have had time to go through all of them and pick your favorites, I will design your heirloom album (if you ordered one!).
